Policies
At Together We Tri, we pride ourselves on providing
athletic training and support for our clients. It
is crucial to the success of our program, and therefore
to the success of our clients, that we always strive
to act in a manner that fosters growth and prizes
positivity, maintaining a conscious awareness of our
clients’ needs and mindset.
- Use of illegal or performance-enhancing drugs
of any kind is strictly prohibited. Coaches or mentors
found using illegal or performance-enhancing drugs
will be asked to leave the program immediately.
- Relationships between coaches and program participants
should maintain the highest level of professionalism
at all times.
- So as to ensure an atmosphere of open-ness and
professionalism, coaches and mentors should immediately
inform Elizabeth Hurley of any problems, conflicts
or concerns regarding fellow staff or program participants.
- Coaches and mentors are not allowed to bring
pets or personal guests to training sessions without
prior permission from Elizabeth Hurley.
- Professional dress is required at all times.
Elizabeth Hurley will handle issues of inappropriate
attire on a one-on-one basis.
- Coaches and mentors are required to arrive at
least fifteen minutes prior to each training session
and to prepare in advance for all sessions.
- In the event of an absence:
- Head Coaches are required to find their own
replacement and report to Elizabeth Hurley
- Assistant Coaches are required to inform
their Head Coach, who will work to ensure proper
coverage for each group
- Coaches and mentors should work together to create
an atmosphere of support, making clients of any
fitness and/or experience level feel welcome in
our programs.
