Together We Tri Off-Season Training Programs

Interested in training for your first triathlon or easing back into your triathlon fitness? Our Off-Season Programs are geared to assist athletes at all levels focus on the triathlon specific sports of swimming, biking and running. This is a time to work on fundamentals and the technical skills needed to improve efficiency and overall performance.

Endurance, strength and speed are also included in the training schedule. Our Off-Season Program is designed to help triathletes find support, meet new people and have fun regardless of age or experience.

All participants receive Together We Tri race singlet and swim cap.

We are offering three off-season sessions and all levels are welcome!

   January 28 – February 23, 2008

Session #2
   March 3 – 29, 2008

Session #3
   April 7th – May 3rd, 2008

Session Location and Times:

Our off-season trainings are held at either of the Lakeshore Athletic Club locations at various times:

Lakeshore Athletic Club, 1320 W. Fullerton
   Mondays:  7:30 - 9:00pm: Strength/Spin
   Wednesdays:  7:30-9:00pm: Swim
   Saturdays 8:30-10am: Run

Lakeshore Athletic Club, IL Center, 211 N. Stetson
   Mondays:  6:30 – 8:00pm - Strength/Spin
   Wednesdays:  6:30-8:00pm - Swim
   Saturdays 8:30-10am: Run

Saturday Runs will take place at Runners Edge or Universal Sole

Program Fees

Program fee's:

          $115 Lakeshore Athletic Club Members
          $175 Non-Members
          $25.00 Discount for TWT Alumni
