Kim Busch

Kim started swimming at 6 years old, and the swimming lifestyle has stuck with her through everything. She fell in love with coaching through an experience she had at World Champs in Lake Mead, NV, when she met an athlete who's mother had just suffered a stroke, who she had the opportunity to support as a fellow athlete. Still racing half marathons, middle distance and Olympic distance races. When she's not racing, she rides with the Deerfield biking club, runs often and swims with various Masters and friend groups. The people she's met and the fun she has, as well as staying active and healthy, means more to her than the podium.

JoAnn Clemen

Joann has been coaching running since 2014, and previously ran Reach Your Peak, a running company, under which she developed individual training programs for athletes competing in marathons/half marathons.
