Groups meet Tues 6:45pm-8:15pm, Sat 7:00am-8:30am and Sun 7:00-8:00am. Multi-sport training to maintain your momentum.

60-90 minute coached sessions with a variety of drills and workouts
Indoor pool swim sessions two days a week
Indoor brick (bike/run) session once a week
Each training session includes 30 mins of strength training
16 total training hours monthly
$16.10 per training hour
To receive this rate, must commit to all seven off season training months
